This is otherwise known as the "will they have dongles?" page - the short answer is, "no, please bring your own." The longer answer about technology in the presentation rooms is as follows:
· PC computer
· Ceiling-mounted screen and projector
· Whiteboard
· Document camera
· In-room sound (connected to the computer)
· Wireless Presenter
· On your own PC laptop
· On a USB drive (to use with the in-room computer)
· Via cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) using the in-room PC
· COD does not provide adapters/dongles. Presenters must provide adapters with VGA/Aux connections if connecting their laptops to in-room equipment
· COD is a PC-based campus. Mac devices are not fully compatible with in-room equipment
If you plan to use a Mac, please bring the appropriate adapters for VGA/Aux connections
· If your presentation includes videos, please embed them directly into your slides to ensure smooth playback
· During breaks between sessions to assist with setup
· Throughout the conference for troubleshooting as needed
