Twin Oaks Publication
Every student at Twin Oaks Elementary School will become a published author.
At Twin Oaks, we believe every child has a story worth sharing. Our schoolwide writing initiative empowers students to develop their ideas, draft and revise their writing, illustrate their pages, and ultimately publish their own books. Many of our young authors have already completed their work, with more students actively writing and editing every day.
Our goal is more than publishing books — it’s about:
Building confidence in every writer
Celebrating student voice
Developing strong literacy skills
Creating authentic, real‑world audiences for student work
At Twin Oaks Elementary School, every student is an author, and every author deserves to be read.
All completed student books are also available to read for free in our
Twin Oaks Digital Library.
Families, friends, and community members can enjoy browsing the creativity, imagination, and hard work of our young authors anytime.
Our growing digital collection features over:
22 published books on Amazon to purchase
62 published books on our digital library free to read
197 published stories, fables, and poems
172 Published Student Authors
With new titles added throughout the year.
