Objektif Pembelajaran

Program Microcredential Pendidikan Awal Kanak-Kanak direka khas untuk individu yang berminat atau sedang berkecimpung dalam dunia pendidikan kanak-kanak. Ia memberi peluang kepada para pendidik, ibu bapa, penjaga, dan pengasuh untuk memperkukuh pengetahuan serta kemahiran asas dalam membentuk perkembangan holistik kanak-kanak secara berstruktur, profesional dan penuh kasih sayang.
Bagi individu yang sedang bekerja dan mempunyai kekangan masa, program ini sangat fleksibel kerana ia ditawarkan secara modul kecil yang boleh diambil mengikut kesesuaian masa. Anda boleh belajar secara berperingkat, tanpa perlu meninggalkan pekerjaan harian – menjadikan pembelajaran lebih praktikal, realistik dan selari dengan gaya hidup masa kini.
Tambahan pula, bagi mereka yang ingin mendapatkan Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) melalui kaedah Pengiktirafan Pencapaian Terdahulu (PPT) tetapi mempunyai kekurangan dalam beberapa unit kompetensi (Work Activities - WA) semasa bekerja, program Microcredential ini boleh menjadi jalan penyelesaian. Anda hanya perlu mengambil modul-modul tertentu bagi melengkapkan kekurangan tersebut – sekaligus memenuhi syarat kelayakan untuk diiktiraf sebagai kompeten sepenuhnya (trampil) dalam bidang Pendidikan Awal Kanak-Kanak.
