Maine Medical Mentors is a program where a small group of devoted medical students organize 1.5 hour group mentoring sessions with high school students throughout the state of Maine. These sessions consist of roughly 45 minutes of interactive case-based learning, a 15 minute presentation softly outlining the many paths to medical school, and any additional time is dedicated to questions or one-on-one conversation if desired by the high school students.
