Our Interlocking Single Layer Removable Insulation System provides the same thermal protection benefits as a Double Layer System with less pieces to install, saving you TIME and MONEY. It consists of under 300 pieces. Our staggered seam design mimics double layer system but with faster & easier installation process and maximum coverage. Our system encapsulates the insulation mat and eliminates airborne fibers.

Our Single Layer Interlocking System is constructed with premium high temperature materials and fabrics which prevents the blankets from burning and hard-ening, allowing for a longer life cycle.

• Insulation Filler – Variance of thickness, High Temperature Non-Fiberous insulation fillers

• Exterior – Teflon coated fabric

• Liner – 304 & 321 Stainless Steel Mesh

• Insulation Hardware – Stainless Steel Lacing Anchors and/or buckles and straps, Stainless Steel Quilting Pins and Stainless Steel Washers

• Fastening Components – 1” 304 Stainless Steel Hooks and 1” Nomex/Aramid Loops

• Sewing Thread – 304 Stainless Steel Thread

• I.D. Tags – 1.5”x3.5” 304 Stainless Steel Tag

• Non fibrous, heat resistant material that minimizes airborne particles.
