Unity Kitchen

Join us at Unity Kitchen for lunch

Tuesday-Friday, 17 Trinity Square

11:30am-1pm

In March of 2020 in response to the shuttering of services across the city of Toronto, Michi Saagiig Nishnaabeg territory, Toronto Urban Native Ministry and Church of the Holy Trinity cofounded Unity Kitchen in Trinity Square.

Unity Kitchen creates and serves delicious and nutritious lunch Tuesday through Friday. We seek to incorperate traditional foods into our menu and work with an expansive network of friends and allies to meet the needs of our community. We often serve 180 meals a day.

On Fridays Sherbourne Healthbus is present at Unity Kitchen with a team of healthcare workers, come by and see them if you need any medical support!

We rely on your donations and a team of volunteers to help make this feast possible.

If you would like to join our Unity Kitchen volunteer team, please email our volunteer coordinator at ecummings@holytrinity.to

Mobile Outreach

Toronto Urban Native Ministry provides mobile outreach across the GTA, providing access to survival supplies, clothing, masks/PPE/hand sanitizer, traditional medicines and support, support for Survivors of Residential School and other harms of colonialism, COVID-19 information and support, referrals to services and help with system navigation, harm reduction care, spiritual support, and more.

Sandra Campbell provides weekly mobile wellness services through a Walkabout program and Food and Beverage wagon.

We currently need donations of clean or new personal items, including but not limited to: cellphones, laptops, handwarmers, athletic wear, winter coats and boots.

We rely on your generous donations to continue to support our community members. Donations can be brought to our offices in Trinity Square, Toronto.
