Tuition guide

1, Students will attend with their parents and will come to me for an Initial Assessment. (1 hour appointment).

2, The results of the test will be discussed with the parents at the initial appointment, and a convenient day and time will be chosen to start tuition, a report will be emailed to parents outlining the results of the assessment.

3, I will look at the assessment results and create a tuition plan, which will be discussed with the pupil and parents.

4, Students will attend for a minimum of 1 hour per week - and continue through the school holidays where applicable.

There is a re-assessment every 30 - 35 hours of tuition, this works out at around every 7 months respectively although if a student has 2 hours of tuition per week the re-assessment and the catch up rate is faster and the re-assessment comes around every 4 months respectively.

6, Parents need to commit to a minimum of 7 months tuition so a 2nd assessment can be done.

7, Regular feedback is offered to parents inbetween assessments as the student and I work through the tuition plan.

8, The Tuition plan is tailored to to individual pupils needs.

9, Students are required to keep an excellent attendance as spaces are few and i have a waiting list.

10, I opperate a 24 hour notice of cancellation - or payment in full.
