This version also adds levels 5-10 to complete the Cheese Games level coloring scheme, as well as "the Farlands".

Overall polish.
Version 2.1 fixes a bug in version 2.0 where the end sprite can spawn past the end of a tilemap, preventing players from moving on through levels. It also removes the 1x3 obstacle from the easiest set of obstacles.
