Build President 

Manages the build team of Team 3952, ensuring all projects are on schedule and members are included in brainstorming, designing, and manufacturing products; Responsible for activities such as competitions and is also the acting “Team Captain” during said FRC competitions & build season.

Admin President

Manages the administrative team of Team 3952, ensuring that all outreach events, media releases, and fundraising are on schedule while also mentoring members in communication, organization, and finance.

Secretary

 Manages communication with ASB such as submitting meeting minutes, etc.. Facilitates communication with parents/students and sends out weekly newsletters.

Mechanical Head 

Manages the Mechanical Team; manages all fabrications and manufacturing. Works with Software, Design, and Electrical during build season to design and manufacture the robot. Also in charge of educating members how to use power tools and fabrication vocabulary.

Design Head

 Manages the Design (CAD) Team, assigns and leads the designing process. Leads Onshape pre-season assignments to teach/excel Onshape learning. During build season, could be in charge of CADing parts for the robot, or an entire robot model (for display).

Software Head

Manages the Programming Team; leads the programming of robots during build season. In charge of educating the Programming Team the ways to program the robot. Entering and leading the Programming in pre-season competitions.

Electrical Head

Manages the Electrical Team; Manages internal and external wiring of all electronic parts of the robot; deals with wire management of robot, crimping, and soldering. Works with other subteam heads to ensure proper robot-wide functionality

Business Head

Manages the Business Team; raises and manages funds; facilitates acquisition of sponsorships, grants, and fundraising opportunities; responsible for sufficient funding for all team functions; educates all interested members of business management; work with Outreach Team to acquire funds from community sources for STEAM scholarship. Works with the mechanical subteam for robot spending and equipment. 

Media Head

Manages the Media Team; update all content on social media (Instagram, Youtube, etc.) and website; creates media content for team image (e.g. videos, pictures) works with media team to produce team spirit products (e.g. t shirt, logo, banners). Requires prior knowledge in video editing and must submit examples of video editing.

Outreach Head

Manages the Outreach Team; organizes all community outreach events; maintain relations with other teams and public facilities, etc.; maintains team mission to aid all recognition and inspiration of STEAM in the immediate and the global community; responsible for intra and inter team even; maintains public relations with Media Team.

Mechanical Lead

Assists the Mech Heads in all processes related to the Mechanical Team.

Design Lead

Assists the Design Head in all processes related to the Design Team.

Software Lead

Assists the Software Heads in all processes related to the Software Team.

Media Lead

Assists the Media Head in all processes related to the Media Team.

Safety/Scouting Captain

Ensures everyone in the workshop is being safe; Manages scouting during competitions.
