  • 1845 Stop at Adair Safety Rest Area at Mile Post 81 to eat sack dinners

  • 2045 Check-in at Camp Wesley Woods

  • 2100 Assign Rustic Cabin Sleeping Accommodations

  • 2300 Lights Out

Saturday, 27 Sep

• • 0800 Breakfast in Dining Hall

  • 0945-1115 Cadette/Senior Low Ropes Course

  • 0945-1030 Brownie Pony Ride

  • 1030-1200 Junior Horse Trail Ride

  • 1200 Lunch in Dining Hall

  • 1300-1530 Cadette/Senior High Ropes Course; Activity Center for Cadette/Senior Scouts not doing High Ropes

  • 1500-1600 Junior & Brownie Wagon Tour

  • 1730 Dinner in Dining Hall

  • 1930-2030 Cadette/Senior Night Hike

  • 2300 Lights Out

Sunday, 28 Sep 

• • 0800 Breakfast in Dining Hall

  • 0900-1030 Cadette/Senior Horse Trail Ride

  • 0900-1100 Junior & Brownie Time in Wesley Woods Activity Center

  • 1100-1200 Clean Up Lodging Areas, Pack Up

  • 1200 Lunch in Dining Hall

  • 1300 Check Out

  • 1530 Arrive at Bellevue Public Library, Bellevue NE

 NOTE:  Cadette/Seniors and Brownie Scouts will be eating all meals in the camp dining facility.  Junior Scouts will be making/eating their meals as part of badge work.

• Fun & Happy Attitude

• Sack Dinner for Friday night

• Water Bottle filled with water

• Sleeping Bag

• Pillow

• Pajamas

• Personal Toiletry Items – brush, toothbrush/toothpaste, deodorant,etc.

• Closed-toed shoes (& not sling backs either)

• Flashlight

• Light Jacket – depending on weather

• Hat

• Change of Clothing for Saturday & Sunday

• Long pants for Horseback Riding

• Camera – if want to take pictures during campout

A Special Note on Electronic Gadgets:  

Cell phones, iPods, Gameboys, etc. are only allowed in the cars on the trips to and from camp. Once at camp, they will remain locked in the vehicles until it is time to leave. 

Landlines at camp will be used in the event that there is an emergency.
