Community service activities, council-sponsored activities and section-specific activities
Dates and times are subject to change
RSVP is required by the deadline to participate!
National dues are $35 paid when you register with the council
Troop dues are $50 annually and are due by August 25, 2025 (Cash, check, or PayPal via friends and family)
Scouts should wear their vest or sash to all meetings and council sponsored events
For camps or outdoor events, troop t-shirts are better; Vests are difficult to clean & pins can be a hazard with outdoor activities
Parents are responsible for purchasing vest/sash and initial official patches. Troop buys fun patches, earned badges and Girl Scout pins
Fundraising is not mandatory, but it helps pay for the activities, badges and campouts that the girls choose.
Due dates are set by the council and must be followed
More information is given during parent meetings before each of these sales starts.

Scouts can work on badges outside of meetings, and work with their section leader to share what they’ve completed
Badges earned are awarded at the Winter Court of Awards and the Bridging Ceremony
Illness should be monitored at home. If contagious or not feeling well, scout should be kept home.
If you are not able to attend a meeting, please let your section leader know as soon as possible. If you are not able to attend an event and you have RSVP’d for it, you may be responsible for fees associated with that event.
If you are late, please don’t disrupt activities, but join your group.
Scouts must earn a Journey at their level before they can earn a higher award this year; Journeys will be retired in 2026.
Transitional Change through Oct 2026 – Earning New National Leadership Awards satisfy prerequisites; having earned Bronze or Silver now counts as a prerequisite; earning only ONE Journey for Gold counts as a prerequisite
Juniors - Bronze Award (work as a group with Section leader)
Cadettes - Silver Award (work as a small group or individually with mentor)
Senior/Ambassador - Gold Award (work with Maria, but work is completed on own)
