2025 Membership Fee

As of November 14, 2024 the national registration fee for a youth participant is $85. The registration fee for an adult volunteer is $65. Moraine Trails Council charges a Council Insurance fee of $15 for all registrations, so the cost to register or renew in Moraine Trails Council are as follows.

Youth Participant:            $100

Adult Volunteer:               $80

All members can also opt in or out for a subscription to Scouting’s official magazine, Scout Life for an additional $15.

For individual family renewals

All families registered with Scouting America will receive an automated email from the national office 60 days out from when their membership is due to renew. This will inform them of their renewal timeline and provide a link to My.scouting.org to opt in for automatic renewal. Please follow the step by step instructions below to opt in for Auto renewal.
