Punching
SPORTident Air+ punching will be used for all competitions. Stations will be set to contactless punching mode with a range of up to 50 cm.
Clothing and Footwear
There are no regulations regarding clothing.
Shoes with metal dobs and spikes are forbidden for the sprint race.
