Accessibility
Striving to make the conference venue as accessible as possible and accommodating the needs of participants to the best of our ability.
Cultural and Religious Considerations
Respecting and accommodating diverse cultural and religious backgrounds in event planning.
Eco-Friendly Practices
Avoiding plastic materials and prioritizing recyclable options such as recycled paper.
Reducing printed materials by utilizing digital tools and IT solutions.
Minimizing food waste through careful planning and responsible consumption.
Providing water through dispensers and encouraging attendees to bring reusable bottles, reducing plastic bottle usage.
We aim to use reusable cutlery and dishware wherever possible, while supplementing with disposable options when necessary.
Calculating and actively working to reduce CO₂ emissions generated by the event. Some unavoidable emissions will be offset to achieve a low-carbon conference.
Carbon offset: After TRF4, we will purchase carbon credits to offset CO₂ emissions generated by international participants’ travel.
