Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau is offering complimentary programs specially tailored to provide overseas registered participants with various experiences of Tokyo and its vicinity; from nature and culture to other attractions. (The tour courses are subject to change).

How to book *Only one program per person

Please sign up for the tours at the TOKYO CITY INFORMATION DESK located near the registration area at The University of Tokyo, Komaba Campus. Spots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The information desk will open at 17:00 on October 16th during the opening night meet-up and will remain available throughout the conference.

＊Family members and friends traveling with you are eligible for this program. Please register them as “Accompanying Persons” via Confit Registration system. There is no registration fee for accompanying persons.
