Campus
Komaba Campus is strictly a smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited except in the designated smoking area.
Wifi Access at TRF4
All participants can connect to the campus Wi-Fi network via eduroam. We kindly ask you to set up your eduroam account before arriving at the conference to ensure a smooth connection on site.
For participants who do not have access to eduroam, a limited number of guest accounts will be available at the registration desk on a first-come, first-served basis.
TRF4 Accessibility
Most areas of the TRF4 venue are wheelchair accessible. Please note, however, that in Room 2 (Lecture Hall at West B1), while the audience seating area is wheelchair accessible, the speaker podium is located beneath a staircase and cannot be accessed by wheelchair. If you are scheduled to present in Room 2 and require a wheelchair-accessible podium, please contact us in advance so we can arrange for your session to be moved to a different room. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
