Presentation Guide

Oral presentation

There will be two types of oral presentations:

Invited talks: 27 min + 3 min discussion

Contributive talks: 18 min + 2 min discussion

Each session ends with an extended discussion slot, where further discussion can be started.

We ask all presenters to come before their session to the podium and test their presentation for a smooth transition during the session.

Beamer and presentation format  is 15:9.


Pitch presentation

Pitch presentations should not be longer than 2 min and one slide. It should contain the following information:
work position, workplace, provided expertise, and requests for support or possibilities for collaborations.

If you feel you still have time, you can higlight at the end of the pitch your contribution at the conference. 

The pitches will be collected and presented from only one computer. We ask the speaker that follows after the current speaker to already stay ready in the queue for smooth transition. 

The order of the speakers is show in the file below and according to the surname.

Poster presentation

The poster should be printed in format A0 vertically. Material to fix the posters will be provided.

Note that there will be a best poster award price. The announcement will on Friday, 16th of June.
