The conference dinner will be on Tuesday 13th of June 19:00 at Makeriet restaurant. It is around 10-minute walk from the Conventum where the conference is held (click on the map to get the direction).
There will be vegetarian, pescatarian and omnivore menus and You will choose your menu in advance through an email that we will send you.
The dinner cost of 800SEK covers 2 non-alcoholic drinks and starter, main, as well as dessert from the following list:
Starter
TOAST SKAGEN - Mayonnaise topped with whitefish roe, butter toasted sourdough bread.
CHEVRÉ CHAUD - Caramelized goat cheese with roasted hazelnuts, white globe onion and pomegranate vinaigrette
CLASSIC RAW BEEF - Raw beef served classically with onion, caper, beetroot, Dijon mustard and egg yolk
Main course
COD - Rimmed cod back with crushed potatoes, browned butter, grated horseradish, poached egg, and horseradish snow.
BAKED CARROT - Baked carrots with puré of celeriac, sautéed broccolini, pickled tomato, Marcona almonds and dresses with harissa mayonnaise
SWEDISH RIB EYE STEAK served with fries and bearnaise
Dessert
BANANA SPLIT OF MAKERIET - Banana- and vanilla ice cream, raspberry meringue, baked chocolate, bavarian banana topped with dulce de leche

The Carrot is a vegan main course and as a starter, potatochips with a jalapenomajonaise. Dessert is a sorbet.
The guided tour around Örebro is planned for Tuesday, June 13th.
The tour starts at 16:00 from the courtyard of Örebro castle and will be one hour long. Our guides are Petter and Jenny, and the tour will be in English. The sightseeing will be around the castle, Storbron, and Stora Torget. The guides will talk about the buildings, that we will pass, but also about the history of the city.
After the tour, there will be free time to enjoy the city by yourself, and at 19:00 we see each other at Makeriet restaurant for dinner.
