The Transformative Translation Program aims to elevate all the languages of our community, including through the powerful medium of podcasting. This new podcasting internship component, beginning its first year, is designed to empower multilingual youth to create engaging audio content in their own languages, directly addressing our community's diverse linguistic landscape.

Interns will create 3 podcasts in different languages over the course of their internship experience. Thanks to a partnership with Nā Leo TV interns first podcast will be a videopodcast that will air on channel 54. You can also find their podcasts here once they are published. As an intern in the Transformative Translation Podcasting Internship, interns will have the opportunity to:
Work on real-world podcast projects either independently or on teams with others who speak your language.
Create podcasts on topics of your choice in your native language(s), contributing to community initiatives through language and cultural understanding, and helping to elevate all the languages of our community.
Collaborate with a mentor who has expertise in podcast creation, enhancing your podcasting and storytelling skills.
Receive compensation in the form of an educational stipend for your valuable contributions
