Panatrack is our WMS (Warehouse Management System) in which we use to assist in the tracking and distributing of product. Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is our Parent company in use to manage our inventory, financial ties as well as product manufacturing. Only certain users are authorized to receive directly into GP as it is encouraged to receive all inventory traced items through Panatrack in efforts to have everything uniquely traced. The receiving checklist is a process implemented to ensure BRC quality standards are properly being adhered and a hand written verification inputted by the receiver of what was received. Please find red button link to direct you to the SOP.

The putaway functionality is the final procedure to the receiving process. All Pallets are to be fully moved from the receiving floor using the put away function. The receiving floor bin should be cleared by the end of every shift.
