The Item Bin transfer functionality is used for any and all pallet movements once they have been fully received and putaway. Users are to use this function properly and follow FEFO (First Expire First Out) standards. Training document is listed to the left.

The warehouse team is a lotted 15 minutes to get the manufacturing team the requested product before being deemed a delay. Product request should always be deemed a priority, so the 15 minute grace window should not be abused. The grace period is allotted as the product should be requested prior to the production line running completely out of product and allowing the warehouse to have ample time to get the requested item. Returned product from production is also to be submitted through this tool as well submitted by production. A production coordinator works as a middle verifier between both the warehouse and production department, which is to verify all pallets being given or returned from production to ensure that pallet was handed off both physically and systemically.
