Seven Fields Nature Preserve

The Seven Fields Nature Preserve sits on roughly half an acre and has a paved loop trail. To the east, cross the bridge for an easy 1/4 mile walk to a small playground.

Also try heading west on the sidewalk along Mars-Crider Road. The road can be busy, but the reward is a beautiful wildflower field 1/2 mile away at the corner of Old Mars-Crider and Franklin Road. Depending on the season the field will display an array of wildflowers native to Pennsylvania, including Hairy Beardtongue, Bee Balm, Wild Senna, New England Aster, Goldenrod, and Big Bluestem Grass.

Parking lot is small, but hardly used. The entrance is directly across from Sycamore Drive.
