Home Mic turns an Android phone into a live microphone for a connected audio output. This policy explains how the app handles information.
Home Mic uses microphone access only while you start and run a live microphone session. Audio is processed on your device for effects such as voice level, bass, echo and reverb. The app does not record, save or upload microphone audio.
The app reads connected audio-device information so it can route sound to Bluetooth, USB or wired audio hardware and show the selected device. It does not collect your Bluetooth contacts or nearby-device history.
Firebase may process an app-installation identifier, messaging token, app interactions, device information and crash diagnostics. We use this information to deliver notifications, measure feature reliability and improve the app.
Google AdMob displays advertising in Home Mic. Google and its partners may process advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location derived from network information, and ad interactions according to your consent choices and applicable law.
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate analytics, crash reporting, messaging and advertising. Their retention periods apply to information they process. Home Mic does not sell microphone audio or personal files.
You can stop microphone processing by ending the session, revoke microphone, nearby-device or notification permission in Android Settings, and reset the app's advertising identifier through Android privacy settings.
Home Mic is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.
We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date above will identify the latest version.
Developer contact details will be displayed on the Home Mic Google Play listing.
