This Privacy Policy describes how Arrow Go — LevelUp ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and being transparent about the data we handle.
1. Information We Collect
a) Device & Push Notification Tokens
When you grant notification permission, we collect your Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device token. This token is a unique identifier for your device that allows us to send you push notifications such as daily challenge reminders, update announcements, and promotional messages. Tokens are stored on our server and automatically invalidated when they expire or the app is uninstalled. We do not associate tokens with any personal identity (name, email, phone number).
b) Game Progress & Cloud Save
We store your game progress (completed levels, stars earned, hints/skips balance) locally on your device and optionally sync it to our cloud servers for backup and cross-device continuity. This data includes level completion status and star ratings, in-app purchase entitlements (e.g., no-ads, theme packs), and session data (current level, hearts remaining). No personally identifiable information is stored in your cloud save.
c) Analytics & Usage Data
We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data to understand how players interact with the App and improve the gameplay experience. This includes levels started, completed, and failed; hints and skips used; session duration and frequency; and device type, OS version, and screen size (non-identifying). Analytics data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual users.
d) Advertising Data
The App displays ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data to serve personalized or contextual ads, including Advertising ID (Android Ad ID / IDFA), device information and IP address, and ad interaction data (impressions, clicks). e) In-App Purchases
Purchases are processed through the Google Play Store. We do not collect or store any payment information (credit card numbers, billing addresses). Purchase receipts are validated to grant entitlements (hints, skips, themes, ad removal).
2. How We Use Your Information
- FCM Token: Send push notifications (reminders, updates, promotions)
- Game Progress: Save/restore your progress, compute star ratings
- Analytics: Improve game design, fix bugs, understand player behavior
- Ad ID: Serve relevant advertisements (managed by Google AdMob)
- Purchase Receipts: Validate and grant in-app purchase entitlements
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following third-party service providers: Google Firebase (Analytics, Cloud Messaging, authentication), Google AdMob (Advertising), and Google Play Billing (In-app purchase processing). Each provider processes data according to their own privacy policies.
4. Data Retention
- FCM Tokens: Retained until invalidated (app uninstall, token refresh) or marked as dead after delivery failure.
- Game Progress: Retained indefinitely for your convenience. You may clear it by uninstalling the App or clearing App data.
- Analytics: Retained per Google Firebase's default retention policies (typically 14 months).
5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption for all server communications. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children's Privacy
Arrow Go — LevelUp is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
7. Your Rights & Choices
- Push Notifications: You can disable notifications at any time via your device's Settings → Apps → Arrow Go → Notifications.
- Personalized Ads: You can opt out of ad personalization in your device's Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.
- Data Deletion: Uninstalling the App removes all local data. To request deletion of server-side data (FCM tokens, cloud saves), contact us at the email below.
- Analytics Opt-Out: You can limit analytics collection by disabling "Usage & Diagnostics" in your device settings.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App and on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
