TR2イベント運営に関する安全管理指針

ロゲイニングイベントの運営と安全管理には、以下の事項について配慮します。

①安全なエリアの選定
ロゲイニング実施範囲の選定プロセスでは実際の大会開催（多くの場合は土日）や時間帯に近い状況で現地調査を行い、交通量の多い道路、歩道のない道路、見通しの悪い交差点などを把握し、安全に歩行できるエリアを選んでコースを設定します。また、参加者層や地形、気候条件に応じてコースの難易度を調整します。

②参加者への充分な説明と注意喚起
参加者に対して、イベントのルールや安全に関する注意事項を事前に説明します。
また、事前に提供されるマップや案内資料に注意事項をわかりやすく記載することにも努めています。
参加者には大会の難易度、競技時間、想定されるリスクなどの注意事項を事前に伝えます。特に長時間のイベントや過酷な環境でのロゲイニングでは、参加者自身のコンディション調整や準備、意識も重要になります。状況に応じて、休憩を促す設定、水分の提供などを行う場合もあります。

③緊急時の対策
今までのところ参加者の皆様のご協力のおかげで事故事例はありませんが、緊急時に備えて、参加者やスタッフの安全を確保するための対応策を準備いたします。
天候、気温による体調不良、持病の悪化、事故等のリスクは日常生活の中でも十分配慮が必要ですが、緊急時の連絡体制、スタッフ間の情報共有などを行い、緊急時に速やかな対応ができる体制を整えます。

具体的には、
・参加者全員に緊急連絡先(本部電話番号)の周知
・スタッフ内で参加者の緊急連絡先の共有
・レスキュー用の車両準備、ファーストエイドキットの常備、実施中のフィールドパトロール
を行っています。

④天候状況の監視と対応
最優先は参加者の安全を確保することです。
弊社TR2の基準は、前日19時時点で気象庁から警報以上が発令された場合、もしくは当日の開催時間帯に警報以上が発令される可能性が極めて高い場合は中止もしくは延期することにしています。
(警報種類：大雨、洪水、大雪、暴風、暴風雪警報。沿岸地域を含む場合は波浪、高潮警報)
開催可否の判断は主催者と協議の上で最終決定いたします。

⑤傷害保険の保険の確保
参加者の交通安全等のルール遵守が基本となりますが、参加者や主催スタッフの万が一の事故や怪我に備え、下記の保険に加入しています。

（株）TR2が運営する行事は三井住友海上火災保険株式会社の普通傷害保険包括契約・熱中症危険補償特約を契約しています。
・一人当たり補償額：入院保険金日額10,000円、通院保険日額5,000円、死亡・後遺症550万円
・保険対象：イベント参加者及び主催者・スタッフ

これらの事項への配慮と適切な管理を行うことで、ロゲイニングイベントの運営は安全性と安心感を確保し、参加者が楽しく学びながら地域を体験できる環境の提供に努めています。

TR2 Safety Management Guidelines for Event Management

The following points are taken into consideration when managing and managing safety at Rogaining events.

① Selection of safe areas In the process of selecting the Rogaining area, a field survey is conducted in a situation similar to the actual event (usually on weekends) and time of day, and roads with heavy traffic, roads without sidewalks, intersections with poor visibility, etc. are identified, and a course is set by selecting an area where it is safe to walk. In addition, the difficulty of the course is adjusted according to the participants, terrain, and weather conditions.

② Sufficient explanation and warnings to participants Participants are informed of the event rules and safety precautions in advance. We also strive to clearly state precautions on maps and guide materials provided in advance. Participants are informed of the difficulty of the event, the duration of the competition, anticipated risks, and other precautions in advance. Participants' own condition adjustment, preparation, and awareness are also important, especially in long-term events and Rogaining in harsh environments. Depending on the situation, settings may be made to encourage rest and water may be provided.

③ Emergency Measures Thanks to the cooperation of the participants, there have been no accidents so far, but we will prepare measures to ensure the safety of participants and staff in case of an emergency. It is necessary to be mindful of the risks of illness due to weather and temperature, worsening of chronic illnesses, and accidents in daily life, but we will prepare a system for emergency communication and information sharing among staff to ensure rapid response in the event of an emergency. Specifically, ・Inform all participants of emergency contact information (headquarters phone number) ・Share participants' emergency contact information among staff ・Prepare rescue vehicles, keep first aid kits on hand, and conduct field patrols during the event. 

④ Monitoring and responding to weather conditions Our top priority is ensuring the safety of participants. Our TR2 criteria are to cancel or postpone the event if a warning or higher is issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency at 7pm the day before, or if there is an extremely high possibility that a warning or higher will be issued during the event time on the day. (Types of warnings: heavy rain, flood, heavy snow, storm, and snowstorm warnings. If coastal areas are included, high waves and high tide warnings will be made.) The decision on whether to hold the event will be finalized in consultation with the organizer.

⑤ Securing personal injury insurance While it is essential that participants comply with rules such as road safety, we have the following insurance in case of accidents or injuries to participants or organizers. Events run by TR2 Co., Ltd. are covered by Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Co., Ltd.'s General Personal Injury Comprehensive Contract and Heat Stroke Risk Compensation Special Clause. Compensation per person: Hospitalization insurance of 10,000 yen per day, outpatient insurance of 5,000 yen per day, death and aftereffects of 5.5 million yen. Insurance recipients: Event participants, organizers, and staff By taking these matters into consideration and managing them appropriately, we strive to ensure the safety and peace of mind of the Rogaining event and provide an environment where participants can enjoy learning while experiencing the local area.
