I am licensed, certified and insured as the law requires. Full body massage customized to your horse's needs focusing on balancing the body, improving range of motion and releasing tight muscles and fascia.

Every session includes my travel, an evaluation, low-level laser therapy for the targeted areas, and a full body massage manual techniques with my hands but can include scraping, kinesiology taping, manual lymphatic drainage, and/or cupping if needed.

Each session is about 45-120 minutes, give or take some depending on what the horse needs. I keep sessions notes on every patient and every session. You will receive a copy of the session report via email. 

Location services may require a minimum number of horses. Please reach out and we can discuss.

Main Modalities:

• Medical Massage; involves extensive knowledge of pathologies that require advanced techniques or additional steps to avoid contraindications to help improve the quality of life of the patient. 

• Manual Lymphatic Drainage (only for lymphatic systems that are not compromised)

• Therapeutic techniques; these techniques range from light touch to deep manipulation. I can help manage chronic soreness, pain, headaches/migraines, competition management, sciatica, herniated discs, carpal tunnel, thoracic outlet syndrome, scar tissue manipulation, abdominal work, Vagus nerve activation and much more.

• Thai yoga massage; a rejuvenating session that involves stretching, range of motion and compressions

NOTES: All modalities can be combined with cupping, hot/cold stones or scraping at no additional cost. Unfortunately, I do not offer oncology or pre/post natal massage at this time.

Full body massage with low-level laser. I will show the owner techniques and stretches you can do on your own dog. I work on the working dog to prevent muscle soreness or muscle injury. I also work on the older family dog that just wants to feel good.

Low-level laser therapy (LLLT), also known as photobiomodulation, is a painless treatment that uses clinically tested wavelengths of light to stimulate natural biological processes leading to faster healing and pain relief.  Like plants absorbing sunlight through photosynthesis, cells in the body absorb laser energy that stimulates the body to release pain relieving compounds, increases circulation and energizes the cells to participate in the healing process.

Great for recovery option between runs at long weekend competitions!

Amazing option to help reduce swelling/edema/scar tissue & promote healing pre & post surgery/injury, with your veterinarian's written consent.

I offer a series of affordable  informative and interactive clinics & retreats that I teach to the rider or to groups in the barns. I believe knowledge is power and I LOVE to empower my owners. I fine tune each clinic to the discipline of the barn and each time is not the same.  Clinics are usually a couple of hours and retreats are an all day thing and I provide lunch.

Some Clinic& Retreat Ideas :

• Horse anatomy & how the horse moves for your discipline.

• Equine Performance - we go over basic techniques that YOU can do to help your horse in-between massage session and while you're out on the competition road.

• Rider self-care: offer mini chair massages sessions, go over stretching, muscle strengthening, self-grounding and even yoga sessions ALL FOCUSED AROUND THE RIDER and the muscles we use. I bring in a trusted personal trainer for the parts that are out of my scope of practice as a licensed massage therapist.

• If you have an idea, don't be shy! We can make it come to life!

Option 1: $200/Month or $65/meet

I will provide you an equine conditioning program after a therapy session.  We will discuss goals and how we can meet these goals. This will include a workbook filled with exercises, stretches and daily tasks customized to your horse and their goals that you can follow each week. We will have weekly virtual  meetings to discuss progress and create new goals or follow-up on continuous ones.

Option 2: in house work is under construction but is coming soon!

Some people just don't have the time right now to properly condition their horse. Whether it is for the hunts coming up within the next couple of months, trail ride season, competition or even you just need to maintain muscularly strength. That is where I can step in and take over for you.

I will board you horse and exercise it using both cardio and strength days. A heart monitor is used to obtain proper cardio work. This includes board, feed (hay, supplements), farrier, vet work if needed, chiropractic adjustments if needed, full body massages, low-level laser therapy and worked 5 days a week for 30 days. A 50% deposit is due at drop off to cover any of the items listed above and the remaining is due day before pick-up/drop-off.

This is not a rehab program, I just help the owner take the next steps after rehab or physical therapy has been completed. I to help rebuild muscle and condition at any age.
