Findings
According to the Scoping Survey Report on Zero Waste Initiative for TVET Institutions, Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions in Commonwealth countries in Africa and the Asia Pacific region are facing various challenges in implementing zero-waste practices. These challenges include limited infrastructure, lack of support from local governments, and economic constraints. The report suggests that capacity building is necessary to develop effective waste management strategies.
