Quick Copenhagen
Length: ~1h (40min walking, 6min boat ride)

Start the day off in Nyhavn and head towards Ofelia Plads and look for the Climate Benches. Afterwards walk to the Harbour Bus from “Nyhavn” to “Knippelsbro”. See the harbour bus schedule here. And Be aware that it is not possible to buy a ticket onboard, tickets can be purchased with the rejsekort or with the app DOT. Head on a 15min stroll towards Christiania, be sure to check out the Church of Savior on the way. When you have made it to Christiania, stroll around and try to find Green George - a Troll made from the danish recycling Artist Thomas Dambo.
Here in Christiania you will also find cafes and restaurants for a lunch break.
Classic-hagen

Start off browsing through Christiania and look for the troll Green George - a sculpture from the Danish recycling artist Thomas Dambo. Stroll around and explore the greenery, art galleries and cafes and restaurants.
Afterwards head to Kayak Republic and sure to check out the Church of Savior on your way there. Enjoy a free Kayak Tour With Green Kayak - all you have to do is collect some trash along the way. They are also serving food, in case you are hungry for lunch.
Next up is Nyhavn, more specifically Ofelia Plads. Explore Ofelia Plads and look for the elevated benches. Sit on them to experience where we will be sitting if the sea level rises.
To round up the tour, take the harbour bus from Nyhavn to Bryggebroen. See the schedule here. Walk 15 minutes along the waterside heading to IslandBrygge Harbour Bath - one of the free public swimming spots in Copenhagen. Join the others, jump into the water or simply get a snack and sit at the waterside enjoying the sun.
Active Copenhagen

Ready for a full day of activities? Then this is the tour for you!
Start the day off with a free kayak tour with Green Kayak. We recommend renting a Kayak at Kayak Republic as it is centrally located and you get to paddle along the canals! If you haven´t had breakfast before, they serve it for 99dkk.
Next up take a 15 minute stroll along the waterside heading towards Nyhavn. Enjoy the colorful houses before taking the harbour bus from "Nyhavn" to"Refshaleøen". During the boatride you can see the Opera, Amalienborg and the little Mermaid. Since they run 1-2 times per hour, we recommend you check the timetable here. Be aware that it is not possible to buy a ticket onboard, tickets can be purchased with the rejsekort or with the app DOT.
While you are at Refshaleøen, we recommend taking a lunch break at Reffen - a popular Street Food market serving food Mon - Sun 11.30 - 21.30.

After a well deserved lunch, you can head 2km to CopenHill. Here you can decide if you would like to simply hike up and enjoy the view (they also have a cafe up there), try out the ski slope there or use the world's tallest purpose-built climbing wall reaching a height of 85m.
If you feel like resting your legs afterwards, head to the station “Amager Bakke” just 750m away from CopenHill to catch a bus back to your accommodation.
Copenhagen on Bike
Length: ~ 5h 1h biking (13,6km), 1h kayak tour, 30minutes CopenHill, 1h Christiania with lunch break, 20minutes climate benches and Nyhavn, 1h Banegaarden with a drink.

Rent a bike from a shop or get a donkey bike to experience Copenhagen like a true Copenhagener - on bike!
Start off with biking to CopenHill - hike up the Energy plant which is also an artificial ski slope! If you are feeling for an extra kick try out the world's tallest purpose built climbing wall reaching 85m or ski down the roof of the energy plant!
Next up we are visiting a troll living inside Christiania - Green George. So take your bike towards Christiania. When you have arrived in Christiania, we would recommend getting off the bike and exploring by foot - stroll around the art shops, cafes, restaurants and greenery and see if you can spot Green George! With all its cafes and restaurants it is also a great place to enjoy some lunch!
Next up, head to Nyhavn, more specifically Ofelia Plads and be sure to check out the Church of Savior on your way. Once arrived, look out for the elevated climate benches and if it's sunny you might see some people jump into the harbour.
Afterwards head towards Kayak Republic and enjoy a free Kayak tour with Green Kayak - all you have to do is collect trash while paddling along the canals!
Lastly, grab your bike and head to Banegaarden for the end of the day. Explore the little green oasis, grab something to eat or drink and be sure to check out their events when you are in town.
