The Courier will attempt to deliver your package up to 1 time to the requested address. If the courier is unable to make a successful delivery, the courier will leave a pickup document on which information will be given on how to proceed. If you do not pick up your package within 10 business days, it will be returned to the originating Consular Section.
When delivering to a home address, the courier will only release the parcel to the addressee who is willing to sign for the documents.
When delivering to a business address, the courier will release the parcel to the personnel authorized to sign for packages.

Overview
Applicant is required to provide at the time of the interview a self-addressed prepaid envelope for the passport return.
Families may provide one return envelope for the return of passports of all family members.
We recommend the following options by Posti: registered envelope or an express envelope. You can find more information on both options below.
Personal pickups from the Embassy are possible in rare emergency cases only determined by the interviewing consular officer.
A personal pickup option is not available for drop box applicants.

You must have the original government-issued photo ID and the UID of your online profile.

You will be informed of the time and date of that your may collect your passport at the time of the interview. In general, passport pass-back takes place on Wednesdays and Fridays at 14:30. ALL visa applicants are required to use only SIA Velokurjers services for sending and receiving their documents to/from the Embassy. These services are registered and each delivery is assigned with a unique tracking number. At this time, the U.S. Embassy in Riga does not partner with other businesses providing document delivery services for U.S. visa applicants.

Change Delivery Options
If you wish to modify your document delivery address after you received your address label from SIA Velokurjers, you should e-mail velokurjers@velokurjers.lv or call tel. +371 200 00041 to request a changed address label. The subject line of your e-mail should be - U.S. visa application delivery request. These arrangements must be done prior to your visit to the Embassy for the visa interview. If you are applying without an interview and will be mailing your documents to the Embassy, you should make sure that the envelope that will be used for your visa delivery includes your correct address information.

to your home/office address within Poland (Premium Delivery Option). There is an additional fee of 56.00 PLN per passport associated with this service, which is paid directly to UPS upon delivery.
or via Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE), which will hold your passport containing your visa at the MBE pickup location specified at the time you scheduled your interview. There is no additional fee associated with this option.
