MAKE SURE IT'S THE SAME PASSPORT YOU PUT IN THE DS-160 APPLICATION
IF YOUR PREVIOUS U.S. VISA  IS IN A DIFFERENT PASSPORT, PLEASE BRING  THIS PASSPORT AS WELL

PRINT OUT AND BRING TO THE APPOINTMENT THE CONFIRMATION WITH THE BAR CODE THAT YOU RECEIVED BY EMAIL AFTER FILLING OUT DS-160 OLNILE APPLICATION.

You don't need to print out the whole application document, just THE PAGE WITH THE BARCODE AND YOUR DS-160 NUMBER.

PRINT IT OUT AND BRING WITH YOU TO THE INTERVIEW TO THE EMBASSY.
