Now you will need to log in to your profile with the same credentials you used to pay your visa fee. Once you are in the system, you will see your dashboard.

If your visa is approved, the visa will be sent to you in the self-addressed prepaid envelope you provided at the time of your interview.

Once you are on the Payment screen, click on Payment Options. For additional information on paying with a specific method, review Fee Payment Options for the Pay Easy ATM, Online Banking or via Credit Card information on this page.
Pay-easy ATM: Up to 100,000JPY bulk payment is available (If your Total Fee exceeds 100,000JPY, do not select this option)
Online Banking: Bulk payment (no total amount restriction) is available.
Credit Card: Bulk payment (no total amount restriction) is available.
If you make a bulk payment, you will receive only one receipt number per transaction. Please use the receipt number for applicable number of applicants.
Step 4
Pick your preferred method of payment and pay your visa fee. You will be given a 12-digit receipt number after the payment process is completed.
Step 5
After you have paid the visa application fee, save your 12-digit receipt number for your records. It is very important to save your receipt number as you will need the receipt number to schedule your appointment. You will not be able to schedule an appointment without your 12-digit receipt number.
Step 6
You have paid your visa fee and can schedule your interview once your receipt number is active. Your specific method of payment options can take up immediate or to four hours for your receipt number to be active and ready to schedule your appointment.

Whether you schedule your appointment online or contact our call center, you will need the receipt number printed on your receipt. Your receipt number is indicated in top right corner in the field titled Квитанция.
WAITING TIME
Click on the "Schedule Appointment" button below to select an available date and time for an appointment.
Enter the 10-digit barcode number from the last page of your printed electronic visa application form into the Barcode Number field, and then click "Submit".
Select an available appointment date from the calendar.
Select a preferred time for your appointment, and then enter your Surname, Given Name, Telephone Number, Email Address, and Identification Code.

Pay the MRV Fee
On the day of your interview, please pay the appropriate nonrefundable visa application fees. All visa fees must be paid in U.S. dollars or Kyrgyz som based on the exchange rate established by the U.S. Embassy at the cash desk of the Consular section on the day of interview. Please note that this fee is non-refundable. Applicants should not pay this fee unless they are 100% confident that they want to apply for the U.S. visa.
NOTE: Payment for your interview is due at the time of service. We request the exact payment amount for the interview, either in KGS or USD (crisp and unmarked), but not both. We do not accept credit cards for payment. Applicants whose visas are approved may be required to pay an additional reciprocity fee. Please check the Reciprocity Fee Schedule and plan accordingly for your visit.
Pay the Visa Issuance Fee
If your visa is approved, you may also pay a visa issuance fee, depending on the type of visa issued. If you are issued an H, L, O, P, Q, and R visas, you will need to pay an additional fee. Please check the Reciprocity Fee Schedule and plan accordingly for your visit.

Fee Payment Options
Online Banking Transfer
You may pay your MRV Fee using your online bank account. Your bank may apply charges to your account for EFT transactions. If you are applying with your family or group, you may pay the MRV fees in one Bulk payment for all the members.
1. After logging into your profile and while on the payment screen, select the online banking transfer option. Your unique CGI reference number will pop-up on the screen. You will use this number when processing your online payment.
2. Make only one payment per CGI Reference number as the payment is non-refundable. It is critical that you keep the CGI Reference number that you use to make your online bank transfer. You must have this number as proof of payment in order to schedule your visa interview appointment. It is the applicant's responsibility to save this number.
3. Enter your CGI Reference Number in the ‘reference'/reason to transfer/Remitting ID’ field on your online banking funds transfer page. Do not alter the CGI number or include any other information. If you do not include the CGI Reference, your payment will not be recognized.

Online Payment with an Debit Card
The most convenient payment method for your nonimmigrant visa application (NIV) fee is online with an Debit Card.
1.Once you log into your profile and while on the payment screen, you can select to pay using an Debit Card.
2.After you pay the visa application fee, print your receipt for your records.Save your receipt with the transaction number. The transaction number will be used to schedule your appointment. It cannot be replaced if it is lost. You will not be able to schedule an appointment without your transaction number.
Please note that only one debit card transaction is allowed per 24 hours.
Cash
You can pay your nonimmigrant visa (NIV) application fee in cash at any bank. You may incur charges if you do not choose a third-party bank to where you hold your account. If you are applying for multiple visas for your family or group, only ONE payment is required.
1.After logging into your profile and while on the payment selection screen, you can select the ‘Cash’ payment Option.
2. You will print a deposit slip that will contain a unique CGI reference number which you must include in your cash payment. Please make only one payment per CGI Reference number as the payment is non-refundable.
3. To pay the visa fee take the completed deposit slip to your bank. Include your CGI Reference number in the payment deposit information. If you do not include the CGI Reference number or you do not pay the exact amount indicated on the deposit slip, you will not be able to schedule you appointment.
4.After receiving your payment, the cashier will give you a receipt. Save your receipt as proof of payment.
Additional Fees: If you pay this fee at a bank that does not process single euro payment area (SEPA) payments, you may be charged additional fees. If you wish to expedite this transfer, you may be charged an additional fee.

Once your visa application is approved, your documents will be delivered to you by one of the two delivery options described below:
Delivery to your home/office address within Poland (Premium Delivery Option).
There is an additional fee of 47,70 PLN per passport associated with this service, which is paid directly to UPS upon delivery. Please note that UPS will make only a limited number of attempts to deliver the passport(s) to your home/office address. After it your passport will be returned to the Embassy/Consulate and you will then be contacted by the Embassy Consulate to determine how your passport can be returned to you.
Delivery via Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE).
MBE will hold your passport containing your visa at the MBE pickup location specified at the time you scheduled your interview. There is no additional fee associated with this option.
To collect your passport, you must present your original (not a photocopy) government-issued photo ID. We recommend you also bring a printed copy of your appointment letter.
