Phase Three works to provide a summary report from the Phases 1 and 2. The findings from my learning, perceptions, and interactions, combined with the data profile of the district, are used to create a picture of the current realities that will be used to build understanding, opportunities for improvement, new thinking, and new learning opportunities to help inspire a collective vision to strengthen district outcomes.
