Phase Two will encompass the goals, outcomes, and actions detailed in Phase 1 as I continue my engagement in continuous learning and relationship building. Additionally, I will work to articulate a shared vision with all key partnerships by intentionally broadening my outreach and visibility.

Schedule Meet and Greet opportunities around the district for staff, students, families, and community members
Establish regular and clear systems for reviewing district priorities and goals
Identify where areas are aligned or misaligned with district priorities
Seek out opportunities for praise and celebration
Continue to strengthen internal and external relationships
Actively seek out and engage in opportunities around the district and in the community
Attend first day and/or first week visits to all schools
Complete an ongoing Audit of Alignment to monitor action steps and progress toward district priorities and goals
