Reserve your tour

Thank you for considering to reserve a tour with us!

Please copy and paste the following set of questions and email us along with your response to tony.cubavacation@gmail.com. We will let you know our availability for your desire tour date and information on how we can waive deposit to secure your reservation.

1. If you are coming to Cienfuegos on a cruise stop: Name of your ship "Oceania, Insignia"

2. If you will be staying at a Casa Particular please let us know the Name of Casa Particular and your Casa host's name and contact information. NO

3. Your ship's arrival and departure date and time or dates of your Casa reservation. "Monday, July, 15, 2019" 7AM arrive 3PM depart. Same day tour.

4. Date and Tour you would like to reserve (e.g. 1/15/19 TC7 up to 7 hours Trinidad + Cienfuegos) If you are booking multiple days please duplicate the reservation request and change the date / pick up / drop off time and tour desired.. Monday, July, 15. Tour CC5 Cienfuegos.

5. Pick up time (for cruise passengers this is normally as soon as cruise docks) Ship arrives 7AM will be ready when we can clear ship, 8:00 / 8:30 You know better than me if you want to suggest different time.

6. Lunch time and lunch option: none, fast lite snack, casual sit down paladar or relaxing high end paladar. NONE or LITE SNACK.

7. Custom requests or special needs: (e.g. if you have a paladar in mind that you want us to reserve for you) recommendation? Do you need any extended hours beyond our standard tour duration? Can you accomdate standard folding wheel chair? Please let me know about wheel chair. Limit the amount of walking if possible

8. Names of the passengers. Roger Keefer, Sandra Keefer, Edgar Williams, Janet Williams.

9. Would you like other passengers to contact you if they want to join your private tour? If so we will let you know the other passenger's contact information and you can work out together if you want to add them to your reservation. We will reduce the price of the tour according to our standard quotation. Private tours are few for Cienfuegos you can help fellow passengers and potentially make new friends. Yes Max [2] two if vehicle will accomdate without being cramped. Perhaps another wheel chair person
