The very first COVID vaccines would became available about six months after the holiday season had concluded.

Something to do.
A place to work while I closed-down French Creek Medical:
March 2019.
I needed a job. Something to do, during the time that I was closing-down my own company. That was, the company that had been — until recently — "French Creek Medical."
The decision to "shut it down" at French Creek Medical was made because of two reasons:
1) Amazon Prime moved into Cleveland, Ohio.
2) Updates were made to "The Wayfair Decision" by the Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, the Avon Panera cafe was two miles from home.
Plus, I knew that Panera had (and continues to have) a winning business model.
In addition, Panera serves the delicious food that quality-conscious customers crave. For example, thoughout time, a few members of my own extended family are very particular about what they eat. These discerning and selective diners have consistently ordered take-out from Panera for decades. Some examples that I've noticed: a take out dinner on the way home from work, a meal at work, or a meeting with friends. It was (and continues to be) always Panera.
Coupled with the fact that I had relied on Panera for catering, during my decades as a med sales rep.
Think "lunchtime inservice" — and your customers are tired of pizza....
The answer? "Food as it should be!"
In addition to the winning catering model, there was this:
During my med sales days, I would meet with vendors and customers at the Avon Panera, for breakfast and for lunch. And I saw others, doing the same. Back then, the cafe was located at Avon Commons. The link below, mentions the new location.
It seemed to me that the Panera dining room in Avon, Ohio was a hub of entrepreneurship. Think, small business owners, field reps meeting for a "bite to eat." In my mind, Panera is like a home office with an attached kitchen. I had been a small business owner myself. To me it was an office space that you don't have to "tidy-up" for meetings. Drive to the cafe. Grab your "You Pick 2" — and have your business meeting, right there!

Awarded Employee of the Month at Panera Bread - Avon, Ohio for Sept. 2019
One more note:
I loved working at Panera. The people are great. The food is amazing!
Panera does so many things right!
Favorite menu item:
Try the Toasted Frontega Chicken.
Order the sandwich as a "You Pick 2" with the Broccoli Cheddar Soup - alongside the fresh baguette.
