CREW Work Days & Schedule

SIGN-UPS 

Please go to the "SIGN UPS Actor & Crew" page and fill out the linked form

• CREW WORK DAYS are Wednesdays from 3-5:30pm (and occasionally other weekdays) 

• Work Clothing - Students will be working with paint, glue, wood. Old clothing is recomend. Students can change into old clothing before Crew Work starts.

• Weekly Schedule Posting. CREW will not receive a schedule posting each week UNLESS schedule is changed or there is other important information.

• PRE-Tech Week is March 5, 8, 9, 11 from 3-6pm. These are Mandatory dates. If you can not makes these dates you can still Crew Work Days but you will not be able to work the performances.

• LOAD IN - Thursday March 12th 6-9pm. Mandatory.

• TECH WEEKEND - March Saturday 13 & Sunday 14 from 9-4pm. Both are Mandatory.

• Communication - 80% is through email. Please read emails carefully. I am unable to send emails to FPS student email addresses. Students, if you don’t have a personal email address it’s your responsibility to go to your parents to check to see if you have emails from us.

• Snow Days & & School Closings

- If we there is a delayed start - we will have a Crew Work Day

- If school decides to close early - Crew Work Day is cancelled

- If school is cancelled - Crew Work Day is cancelled

• PARENT PARTICIPATION You are vital to what we do. In order for your child’s production to be a success we need your help. All parents are expected to help.

Parent Meeting DATE is TUESDAY JANUARY 5 6-6:45pm This is mandatory for all PARENTS and their STUDENTS. At least one parent from each family MUST attend. This short meeting is important so that we can meet you, tell you about program expectations for you and your student to ask questions. 

In addition to the committee work, we ask that each family have a family member work during at least 1 of the 3 full performances.  Show night jobs include: Ushering, make-up, ticket sales, concession, security (some can watch the show the night they work) and backstage and costume monitors (cannot watch the performance the night they volunteer but have a very unique experience). Your help is appreciated, necessary, and expected in order for the production to happen.

Parents who work 15 or more hours in addition to working a performance will be allowed to purchase up to 8 tickets in advance.
