Todia is a Unitary presidential republic under a non-partisan democracy this means that all the politicians that serve in Todia are Independent and without a political affiliation. The head of state is the President who collaborates with the Vice President who has the executive power. The creation of new laws and political discussions are held in the General Assembly of Todia with 10 members.
