Got engine in the car..which was very tight. Needed to remove steering shaft and grind down the engine lift bracket on the driver side. Had to install the engine and trans separate since I installed the radiator shroud metal that ducts to the hood. ...not a good choice.
Once engine was installed finished up cooling system and got coolant reservoir in place.
Did final wiring for coyote and worked out last wiring for fog lights, and the wiper motor switch.
Took out firebird battery to test the system. Tested only the Ron Francis part of the system since no exhaust, oil, coolant in the coyote. All works as it is supposed to. Yeah!
Truck undercoated the back shell and installed headliner.
Wrapped over the chassis with plastic tarp before putting on the body. Will pull this off after painting and discard.
Reinstalled rear shell , doors, and nose.
Now time for the real body work to begin!
