Thaddeus is an educational designer with over 20 years of experience developing content, utilizing multiple learning modalities, and delivering learner-centered training. He collaboratively leads team members and stakeholders through processes that provide quality deliverables within designated timelines. He consistently builds strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to leverage resources and meet objectives. His background includes formal elementary education and informal education in museums and theatre. He is at his happiest where education and technology intersect and is working toward employment as a learning experience designer.
