A course currently being developed by Dr Georgia Layton for The Master Surgeon Trust on improving training final year medical students before they start their surgical foundation year / internship. A very practical and pragmatic course targeting a specialist niche set of skills which new junior doctors are expected to learn on the go. An insight into managing drains, common post op surgical complications can be extremely useful. This course is aimed at these particular skills that will allow new junior doctors to look after their patients safely on their surgical placement.
This course is currently being developed - Launch 2018/19
