When I 1st called TLC Tony the owner immediately called me back. We set up a time to give my parents in Sun City a free quote. It was very very reasonable. We could tell right off Tony was a good, trustable guy. He did an outstanding job!!! Could not be happier with the results!!! The carpet had quite a few puppy stains that came out! Would recommend Tony and TLC to everyone wanting or thinking about having their carpet cleaned, very knowledgeable, we will definitely use them again!!!

I have used "TLC Carpet and Tile Cleaners" twice now and I have referred the company to others very enthusiastically. My carpets and tiles were a mess and Tony worked diligently on all my tiles, stains and doggy messes and smells from another family members' pets. He is very personable and easy to work with and I trust him to do a wonderful job for you. He used a great method on my carpets that doesn't soak them like other methods and he is very careful of your furniture and belongings. The second time he came, the stains on my carpet looked horrible from a water leak mixed with dirt and other stains. He also cleaned several other rugs in the house. Tony has knowledge about what works with various types of fibers in your various rugs and checks and double-checks to make sure he is using the best products for individual carpets in your home. Excellent service, made an old beat up carpet look presentable again and cleaned the rest of the carpets in the house like new. Highly recommend.

I have a large family and two dogs. It's hard to keep my wood floors clean. There is constant buildup, not to mention a dull look to my once beautiful floors. I had TLC Carpet & Tile Cleaners come to my house, clean my floors and my rugs. They took their time to clean every inch of my 3000 sq. foot house. When the job was complete, it was a night and day difference. My rugs looked brand new! My floors looked so clean and shiny. There were no scratch marks from the materials used on my wood floors, which is amazing because my wood is soft and dents easily. I would recommend this company a thousand times over. They do amazing work! 5 stars across the board.
TLC did a great job cleaning our office carpet. Tony also came out immediately when I called about a plumbing leak that flooded onto the carpet. The carpet was dry within a day and he came out the next day to check on everything.
My family was moving into a new house that previously was owned by a family with young kids. The carpet and tile definitely showed it. We had TLC clean our carpet and tile prior to moving in. They did amazing work! The grout in the tile was white again and the carpet on the stairs looked brand new! They helped make our new house a home for us. They did very detail oriented work and I am very happy with the results.
First and foremost, this review is not for just a one time service by tony. I also have to mention that I own 4 large companies so customer service to me is what drives a company’s success. Let’s start off with the fact that I was calling different companies on a Sunday at 430pm. Out of 8 companies I reached out to Tony was the only one that made time to not only discuss my needs but actually came out to meet me to look at the work I needed done. Please also keep in mind that this was mid year 2019 and the economic status was booming. So for someone to do what tony did speaks volumes. While other companies thought they had enough work and didn’t have to pick up the phone on a Sunday, Tony followed a strict code that all customers are always priority no matter the time. When tony showed up he realized that I was a special case. I needed him to clean an entire MMA gym with 3,000 sq ft of high quality BJJ mats. Tony was quick to admit he didn’t have many customers like me but was willing to put the effort and research into the quote. It took tony two days to do all the research because he expressed he did not want to damage the mats in any way. Four days later tony came to the gym and started the work. I could not believe the care tony took towards my product. He spent 7 hours that day at the gym. When I returned I was amazed at the work. One must also know that we discussed the process in detail and Tony put everything on the table which is most import to me. I knew the product he was using and what the product did. Tony found a product I haven’t heard of in 4 years of me owning the gym. Not only did the product clean, sanitize, but it also worked with the sunlight to kill bacteria throughout the month. At that point I scheduled tony to redue the mats every other week. I think tony did the gym 10 - 12 times or more. With the work he did at my gym I quickly had him start doing the office at my aviation company. The process at the office was identical to the gym and once again tony found a product for me that considered my sensitivity to chemicals. He continues to do my office and he will get any additional work should I need it for my other companies. This guy Tony is nothing I have ever encountered. There are no honest hardworking services guys out there so meeting Tony was a blessing. And I’m sure you are all interested in he price. Well, I hate to say it but Tony should be charging a lot more for the service he provides. So with that in mind I always gave him a 25 percent tip on top of his asking price. I have never seen results like this and I’m just happy that good people still exist that take care of their business and value their work. I recommend Tony for all your needs. Actually you would be stupid to even call any other company. Period!!!! Thanks tony for the work and for all the fun conversations we have when you come by.
