1️⃣ Find a comfortable position — sit or stand with your feet grounded.
2️⃣ Take a slow breath in through your nose (for a count of 4).
3️⃣ Hold for 2 counts.
4️⃣ Exhale gently through your mouth (for 6 counts).
5️⃣ Repeat twice more, feeling your shoulders release.
Now, place one hand on your chest and one on your stomach.
Notice the rise and fall of your breath.
Let this small act remind your body: I am safe, and I am supported.
Reflect:
What feels heavy right now?
What am I carrying that is not mine to hold today?
What can I release — even just for this moment?
