Virtual Master Planning Community Meeting

On Monday, December 11th, Tiffin City Schools held a virtual community meeting, where the district presented the plan developed by the Superintendent's Advisory Committee and answered questions from the community.

The Facilities Master Plan is the culmination of more than a year of work done by the Superintendent Advisory Committee (SAC), made up of a wide cross section of stakeholders. Assisted by ThenDesign Architecture, the group has done a deep dive into the district’s current facilities and planning for its needs going forward.

The SAC spent many hours together, studying both the current facilities and future needs of the district.  In addition to time spent meeting, they have toured other area facilities and completed many “homework” assignments outside of formal meetings.  Watch the full session to learn more about challenges facing district facilities, the process used to develop the plans and the plan which the group feels will satisfy the district's facility needs for the decades ahead.
