At the final master planning session, the Superintendent's Advisory Committee met to review work done by the 4 subcommittees (Finance, Site Analysis, Traffic and Security, Arts & Athletics) from their work over the summer, review the master plan up to that point and the subcommittee's recommendations and advise on a course forward to communicate their findings to the broader community.
During this session, a vote was taken on whether the committee felt strongly enough about the plan they developed over 6 sessions to take it to the community for further feedback. The vote overwhelmingly indicated that most favored bringing the plan to the community.
