Our trip to Texas

All we do is “Learn, Interact, and Grow!”

We went to Texas Houston on December 25, which is known as Christmas Day. We woke up at 3:30 am and we brushed our teeth and we didn't have breakfast. We drove to the airport and it was Christmas so we saw the airport was pretty a raucous. Our flight was 5:00, and we haven’t had breakfast yet so my mom and I went to Food Harvest and grounds or something like that. My dad and brother went to Einstein Bagels Bros to get 2 bagels. One bagel was cream cheese on a bagel but I do not like cream cheese. Another was a salmon and cream cheese bagel. I got hot chocolate. We took a 2 hour flight to Texas. At Texas on the 1st day we walked and walked trails since everything was closed. We saw a fountain of water springing in the air and it was blue water. Yeah, you heard me. BLUE. Well water is not normally blue only if you put toxins and stuff in the water. You might think water is blue but at the beach it is blue because of the sky. If the sky is blue that means the water is blue. Anyway my dad said that there are a lot of power lines so we decided to go someplace else. We played tag on a playground someplace else while my dad and mom hiked on a trail. Some guy named Colin came on the playground. It said Colin on his shirt. One l not two l’s. We played until another person played on the playground. We never knew his name. We went to shops and markets after that. On the second day we went to the NASA space station. In the NASA space station we got an audio for 6 bucks. We went on a car ride in the NASA space station. We saw some oxen and cows on the ride. After that we went to Aquarium restaurant. There was seafood to eat and fish tanks everywhere. We saw eels and fish.

On the third day we went to San Antonio. It was a 3 hour drive. We went to Alamo. At the Alamo we saw swords, guns, daggers and other utilities they used in the Alamo. If you don’t know the Alamo let me explain. The Alamo is when Texans fought Mexicans for land and Texas won. At lunch we ate many things. My mom had prickly pear flavored wine. We had Pepsi. We had chicken, beef quesadillas, and rice. We went back home for another 3 hours. On the next day we went home. We checked out cool 1800’s houses. We saw a rodeo and we heard cool information about rodeo’s and 1800 houses. After that we went to the underground tunnels. It is a mall but underground. There were stores and more. We also went to stores and shops in these tunnels. When we finished that we went to watch bats. There were over 100 million bats it said on one of the signs. It was pretty sad that they didn't come out. We went under a bridge and heard them chirping. But we didn’t get to see them. My dad discovered they were chirping first because he had to go to the bathroom. The bathroom was across the bridge. So he heard the bats chirping under the tunnel when he heard them. After that we went to a mall. My brother went ice skating. My shoes were ripped so unfortunately I had to buy new shoes at Texas. We bought the shoes. Everything in Texas is bigger. So to find the shoe stores my mom and I had to walk about 3 miles. Our dad was with my brother at ice skating. At dinner we ate steak. We were catching a flight at 9:45 pm. On 9:45 we flew. After that our luggage took forever. It was 1:00 am when we arrived. Our dad went to pick up the car. And the luggage took till 2:00. What a rage! At 3:00 we arrived home. At 3:00 am. We slept till 10:00 am. There were a lot of adventures on this trip.

THE END.
