Virtues are the principles, qualities, and character traits that shape how I choose to think, behave, make decisions, and treat other people.
While skills describe what I can do, virtues describe how I choose to use those abilities.
They form the internal foundation behind competence, leadership, relationships, and personal development.
Virtues are essentially about:

The ability to act according to principles and priorities even when motivation is low.
This involves:

Virtues are the character layer underneath everything else:
Education → What I know
↓
Skills → What I can do
↓
Experience → What I have learned from doing
↓
Projects → What I have built or executed
↓
Specialisation → Where I have developed depth
↓
Virtues → How I choose to use all of it
A highly skilled person without character can use their abilities poorly. Virtues provide the internal compass that determines how capability is directed.
Skills give you capability. Virtues give that capability direction. Character is what remains when nobody is grading, watching, or rewarding you.
