ThisAndThat Safaris recognises the importance and sensitivity of your personal information. We respect your privacy and we do not pass on your information to any third party organisations who are not involved in the arrangement of your holiday.

What information do we collect from you?

We will collect the following information either through the forms completed on the website or via email in order to facilitate your travel in Zimbabwe: name, address & contact details, passport numbers, date of birth, payment details, medical information and dietary requirements. We may also ask for height and clothing sizes should you request to hire clothing from us. If you pay by international bank transfer, we may have to request proof of the transaction. We may keep a record of your correspondence with us including any surveys or questionnaires you may complete.

How do we use your information?

We will use your information to facilitate your booking with us. We only disclose information to a third party that is necessary to render their service. We may contact you in the future for any communications you have chosen to receive from us such as newsletters. You will be able to opt out of these services at any time

Disclosure of your information

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by legal duty to disclose or share your information to comply with any legal obligation or to preserve the rights, safety, property of ThisAndThat Safaris or other customers.
