The Christian English Language Educator Association is an organization designed to network and support Christian ESL educators in a variety of settings, including K-12, higher education, missions organizations, and community-based ESL.  Each year, they host an annual conference in March. 

The North American Mission Board (NAMB) of the Southern Baptist Convention has a number of ESL resources, including this ESL manual that provides tips and advise for starting an ESL site.
