Vigan City is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the capital of Ilocos Sur, Philippines. Vigan offers a glimpse into the Philippines’ rich cultural heritage, such as cobblestone streets, ancestral houses, and historic sites that transport visitors back to the 16th century.
Due to its historical significance, central location, and role as a cultural and economic hub for the province, Vigan CIty is known as The Heart of Ilocos Sur. Its timeless charm continues to captivate visitors from around the world.
The SEA Teacher Program, organized by the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO), is a cross-border teaching practicum program designed to enhance the skills and cultural awareness of pre-service teachers in Southeast Asia.

I am proud to be a part of Sea Teachers Batch 10. It was great to meet all the great people in this batch. I'm going to treasure this experience as a starlit journey✨.
For me, SEA Teacher is like a magic telescope. The program gave me the opportunity to see the “stars” in the distance—in the Philippine sky. Then, the magic of the telescope drew me in. It took me to explore the sky full of my dreams, bringing me unforgettable real-life experiences. From classroom teaching to cultural exchange, SEA Teacher turned a dream into a meaningful journey, like a star that is no longer far away in space but shining brightly in my heart.
