 The Visionary Associates was born out of a dream. Knowing that there was more to life than what was seen, Shemitria set out to do what God naturally called her to do - serve. With a naturally inkling to be that motivator, Shemitria just learned to walk in alignment with the path God destined. As a natural magnet and born cheerleader, her clients always walk away feeling like they can conquer the world in a peaceful, positive, and productive way.

Shemitria Smith is the Founder & CEO of The Visionary Associates, a company that specializes in helping people find the greatness that lies within them through self-development activities. Many clients have benefited from her life coaching sessions, vision board workshops, and accountability circles.  

 Shemitria is a Certified Master Life Coach along with a certification in Goal Success and Happiness. Shemitria holds a Masters of Education in Organizational Leadership from American InterContinental University. She has also taken Executive Programs offered by the Harvard Business School.

 Shemitria enjoys her quiet time and usually loves to spend her down time with a good book and a nice glass of wine (preferably with the ocean as her background)!
